What are the benefits of choosing ASHA journals as the first publication choice for communication sciences and disorders (CSD) researchers?
ASHA journals offer increased publications exposure, with potential effects on tenure and promotion decision-making, notes Mike Cannon, director of ASHA serial publications and editorial services, in the October 2018 issue of Access Academics and Research.
Cannon also provides a guided tour of the journals’ Author Resource Center, Editor Resource Center, Peer Review Excellence Program, and Context blog, all key resources for experienced and developing CSD scholars.
Access Academics and Research is a bimonthly electronic newsletter that addresses needs of CSD faculty, researchers, post-doctoral fellows and PhD students. To subscribe, send a blank email with the word “subscribe” in the subject line to access-acafdemicsresearch@asha.org.
