  • Rationale: Professionally disciplined by the Oregon State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology for restricting her practice to children over the developmental age of six years and finding her not in full compliance with Oregon practice regulations.

  • Code (2016): I, I-A, I-B, II, II-A, II-H, IV, IV-D, IV-P, IV-T

  • Sanction: Suspension of membership and certification for 12 months, effective Dec. 21, 2017.
