(Vineyard) Robinson, of Edmond, Okla., in violation of the association's Codes of Ethics (2003, 2010). By misrepresenting ASHA certification status for employment purposes, by using the CCC-SLP designation while in the certification application process, and in the absence of verification that she is an ASHA certificate-holder, Robinson violated, inter alia, the following principles and rules of the Codes of Ethics: Principle III, Rule A: Individuals shall not misrepresent their credentials, competence, education, training, experience, or scholarly or research contributions (2003, 2010). Principle IV, Rule C (2010), and subpart of Rule B (2003): Individuals shall not engage in dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation.
