ASHA Members Span 5 Generations, 7 Decades

ASHA members range in age from about 25 to 95 and belong to five different generations. Generation X makes up the largest share of the ASHA membership (42 percent), followed by the Baby Boomers (29 percent), Millennials (27 percent) and Silent and G.I./Greatest Generations (2 percent).
