The ASHA Board of Ethics found the following member, a speech-language pathologist, in violation of the association’s Code of Ethics. The listed violations refer to the version of the code and the specific rules and principles involved; the date is when the sanction took effect.
Beginning with the April 2017 issue, Board of Ethics decisions in the print version of The ASHA Leader will include the name, location and sanction (with effective date) of members found to have violated the ASHA Code of Ethics. Full details of the decisions, including the rationales and violated principles and rules, will be posted on The ASHA Leader Online.
