ASHA’s Special Interest Groups (SIGs) recently held elections to fill vacancies on their coordinating committees for the 2017–2019 term. The committees plan and coordinate the activities of the SIGs and affiliates. With the exception of the editor and professional development manager, committee members are elected by a plurality vote of the affiliates of the respective SIG.
The following leaders will begin their three-year terms on Jan. 1, 2017:

  • SIG 7, Aural Rehabilitation and Its Instrumentation: Elizabeth L. Humphrey, Jani A. Johnson
