In recognition of its 15th anniversary, ASHA’s Professional Development Program will launch a series of 15 free continuing-education courses over 15 months.
The 30-minute, deep-dive, online courses will feature a formal case study on a specific client or exploration of broader clinical issues. Each presentation is worth 0.05 CEUs and will provide practical take-aways that members can use in their daily practices.
ASHA will launch one new course at the beginning of every month, starting in July. The courses will be available free until the end of the month, and can be purchased for $15 each after the 30-day free period.
Five of the courses will focus on audiology topics, five on school-based speech-language pathology, and five on speech-language pathology in health care and private practice. The lineup for the first six months includes AAC assessment; appropriate vestibular referral; differentiating social communication disorder from autism spectrum disorder; writing speech-language goals that reflect Common Core State Standards; dysphagia management in people with tracheostomies; and speech options for people with laryngectomies.

Where do we access these courses?
I tried to find these. All I could find was a message to vote for more free courses in November

Free for a month
As indicated in the article, the courses -- which launched in July 2015 -- were each available free for one month.

Where to find Free CEUs

Hi Jane! I'm glad you are interested in the additional courses. On the ASHA.org home page one of the "Highlights" promos about halfway down the page takes you to the free courses. Or, you can click on “Shop” in the top of any ASHA.org page, the main store page has a link to it too. Within the shop, if you go to CEU Courses, the first item on the left navigation rail is “Free CEU Courses” and clicking that will bring up the full list of remaining courses too.
