Introductory membership to the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association allows undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students to join NSSLHA at a reduced cost and experience the value of national NSSLHA membership.
Under the one-time, one-year introductory category, students can experience the benefits and services of national membership for $30—half the cost of regular membership. It includes all the benefits of national NSSLHA membership:
  • Access to all ASHA journals online.

  • Use of the ASHA Career Center.

  • Eligibility for all ASHA member discounts on products (including liability insurance).

  • Access to ASHA professional development resources and assistance (the ASHA Community, Practice Portal, Compendium of Evidence-Based Practice Guidelines and Systematic Reviews, and phone consultations with an audiologist or speech-language pathologist).

Introductory members are not eligible for ASHA convention discounts or for first-year ASHA membership discounts under the membership conversion program.
