Audiologists and speech-language pathologists who submitted Physician Quality Reporting System codes on their 2013 Medicare claims can check to see if their PQRS participation was recorded by going online to the Physician and Other Health Care Professionals Quality Reporting Portal.
To access their feedback reports, providers must register. The registration requires a Social Security number and date of birth to verify the user.
The portal does not provide the final data analysis for full-year reporting. Providers whose information is missing or incorrect should contact the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ QualityNet Help Desk.
